The Dumbo Octopus has ear like fins on the top of its bods that resemble the Disney character Dumbo the Elephant. It is a small Octopus that lives in the very deep ocean; they are one of the rarest of the Octopod’s. Most octopuses don't like to live in the open ocean but these do.

Leafy Sea Dragon: Phycodurus eques
The leafy sea dragon is a small sea weed looking animal that likes to drift in among sea weed infested water. It is green, orange and gold and is very good at camouflaging itself. It has no teeth or stomach. They are also known as the Australian sea horse and are a protected animal.

Yeti Crab: Kiwaoida
The Yeti crab is covered in yellow blond "fur". It is 6 inches long and is thought to be blind. It was only discovered in 2005.Its hairy pincers contain a bacteria (filamentous) that takes out the toxic minerals that are emitted from hydrothermal vents around were it lives.

Red Panda: Ailurus fulgens
The Red Panda is found in china and Nepal. It is 55cm long and is slightly small than the average house cat. It is an herbivore most of the time. Like the giant panda the red panda has a false thumb.

Blob Fish: Psychrolutes marcidus
The blob fish is a gelatinous fish located in the deep sea around Australia and Tasmania. Because of its location it is hardly ever seen by humans. It has a density of less than water so it can float about the ocean floor and not do anything. It doesn’t even swim just floats by eating the edible material that it floats by.
